Human Resources Must:
Read, understand and follow the principles of this document and any associated document(s);
• Support line managers and provide guidance on the application of this document;
• Monitor the application of this document, ensuring fairness and consistency of
treatment as appropriate, and if there is any concern about the compliance of managers in applying this policy then further action, such as a process audit or manager training should be taken.
